I placed some of my belongings in this particular storage and within a couple weeks my lock was cut and items were stolen. They were very rude about it even though they seen someone on the camera cut my lock and steal a flat screen tv. They accused my dad of doing it, they said it was an inside job, and they were very rude during this time. I will never rent from storage mart again.

Horrible place to store your stuff. There are plenty of other, cheaper, better ran options than this one. Homeless people living in the units. Staff doesn’t manage the property even though they live on site, pot holes at the entrance, debris and leaves all over the property. The keypad never gets cleaned so there’s grease & grime built up on the buttons. They will start you at a certain rate, for me that was $120/month for a 15x10, then every 3-6 they increase rent $20-30/month. I’m now paying $180/month.

Stored my camper there. It was broken into within 4 days of dropping it off. They called and told me my window fell out when actually it was busted out, and door lock was destroyed with door open.

Excellent storage facility with great location, amenities and staff. Right off interstate 70, it’s easy access to our stuff. Daughter is attending Mizzou and we have this as a place to store her stuff in a climate controlled interior. We spoke with several other companies first but this was just a better fit and very fair price.
