We had scheduled a move for feb 2nd. The communication was outstanding, they were flexible when I needed to change the date. I wish I could say the rest of the move went that way. 4 young guys came to complete our move and it was a disorganized mess. It took entirely too long. The boss came by when he realized it was taking too long and they did move much quicker when he arrived. At that point they were rushing around, broke an expensive floor lamp, lost my tv stand legs, lost my pelton bike power cord.
We had our own truck full of stuff for Tiger Movers to just unload, and had it set for 12pm. They didn’t even show up until nearly 5pm and we had already unloaded majority of the truck ourselves, besides heavy items like the couch. When we called to ask if they were on their way (around 2pm) no one even answered the phone. An hour and a half later they finally texted us they’d be there in 30 minutes (which turned into over an hour yet again).

One of this company's drivers ran into my parked car in a parking lot. Thankfully my landlord witnessed it and told him to leave a note. Tiger Moving had my car towed to a shop with a poor reputation and did not give me the choice of where I wanted my car repaired. Five months after the accident I am still trying to get my car repaired.

3 hour minimum; $160/hr for 2 movers. Had an appointment for over 3 weeks. Arrival time was 12-1pm. I left a message asking the arrival status a little after 1pm. At 1:30, I received a test stating the movers were on their way. Still no one arrived by 3pm, so had to contact them again. Finally arrived after 4:45pm. This move is totally frustrating. It was supposed to be a simple 2 hour move. We ended up moving most of the items ourselves. Still had to sign a document stating 3 hour minimum.

2nd time to use tigers movers. First time they did an awesome job!! 2nd time was disastrous. Nothing was in place when we opened the truck. Boxes misplaced, screws and parts of beds were missing, chaotic organisation, placed TV facing the most danger part unprotected. Unfortunately I have to give them one star this time. Be careful when you hire them and keep looking and monitoring them closely!!
Called them because the website says they specialize in moving piano up stairs. 2 - 8ft long sets of stairs with a landing in between. Said they cant do it? Very confusing since your website says you SPECIALIZE in moving pianos. You shouldn't use words like specialize in that case. Just saying. Nor could they recommend anyone.

Tiger moving was exceptional! The whole team was amazing. We specifically worked with Braden, Caden and Riley. They were professional and truly cared about safely moving our things. The final balance due was right in line with the quote we received. Money very well spent. If you aren’t using Tiger moving you are making the wrong decision.
