I went to the unit I had reserved approximately 12 days ago at 6:00 am. I opened my unit to find a significant amount of water pooled in the back corner of the unit. Since the office didn't open until 9:30 am and I had to start getting my stuff moved into the unit, I went to find a 1/2 pallet (that was all I could get in my car). I found a place that had one, luggged it into my car and went back to the unit put the pallet down and unload my items.

Renting the summer of 2025 was a five star experience. Sadly, something appears to have drastically changed at this location. This summer we have dealt with lost paperwork, unexpected charges, problems with online billing links, unreturned phone calls, and higher/changed prices than originally advertised and agreed upon.
