I’ve worked with StorageMax in the past, and returning to the Downtown Jackson location has been a seamless experience. Lori is absolutely great, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and stress-free, and her customer service truly stands out. Highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Lori!
Hi, Kelly. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
I appreciate Lori so much!! We live in California, our daughter attends JSU. This is the closing of her Freshman year and we needed a storage unit for her. Lori was the most kind and helpful person ever!! She gave us our options and sent everything online. The process was so easy and seamless! Thank you so much Lori!!!
Hi, Leslie. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!
Lori was so much help. I dont live in the area. My daughter goes to school in Jackson. I spoke with her on the phone and she was so nice and polite. She answered every question. The location is close to all the colleges near downtown. It seems very safe and secure.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Jacob. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. Cheers, StorageMax Downtown
