Due to downsizing I lost both Income and apartment, I already had 4 storage units and needed yet more space, so I called the storage pup in Bayou George, FL for help. When I called Amy was right there on the phone. She assisted me what size I would need , and made arrangements to drop the pod where I was staying at the time. Autopay was easy to setup and the pod was delivered quickly. It was clean and dry and we kept it for 6 months with out any problems.
Jody, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful and well written review. Your experience was everything we aspire to provide our tenants each time they rent with us.
I was so thrilled to find this "CoolPup" unit available. It allowed us to have our belongings climate controlled on our own site (or have it moved to the Storage area if need be). Amy was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. The unit is safe and secure. There's nothing shabby about it. When preparing, be mindful that you'll have to get your own lock for it, preferably a discus padlock.

My mom needed an storage unit for the rebuilding of her home. And we were referred to StoragePUP and I will tell you from day 1 Ms. Amy made the experience easy-going. She was knowledgeable about what we needed and helped us picked the right unit. When the unit had to be moved to another location she assisted with that as well.
