Avoid this facility and this company at all costs! Their facility is unsecured from the public and I had about $1,200-$1,500 worth of my belongings stolen. The front gate was stuck open for days, and there is a section of the fencing missing toward the rear of the facility. You can almost drive a vehicle through the missing fence. This place is not secured and the management doesn't care. They would rather make excuses about how it's not their fault that the gate is broken, and they refuse to fix their fence.
I was told one price on the kiosk when I went back to the office to pay on storage I was charged even more than the kiosk had just told me. They charged me for the next month even tho I told them I was removing my stuff that day. The lady refused to even give me a number for someone above her. I will never deal with this place ever again. (I NEVER received the refund for the extra month I was charged. We have tried calling and all the ever say is they have to talk to their boss.
I started renting units at this facility before Store N Lock took over and added buildings. That being said, I do appreciate that these new owners didn't change the time a tenant gets to pay their rent, which is by the 10th of each month. What I do NOT appreciate, however, is the 3 times that my monthly rent has increased since Store N Lock took over from the previous owners (no discounts seem to be available for students or military veterans, of which I am both), and I will very likely move my belongings to a…
They doubled my rent and then continue to raise it each month with no warning and they won't answer the phone to talk to me about it.

Brand new facility so it is very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful with what I needed. Easy to find. Well lit and have community rolling carts to help with moving your stuff back and forth. Hopefully they will have room for me when I need them again in May.

Our family has been very blessed to use Store N Lock's service for the past few years, they are truly outstanding. Their customer service is consistently warm and welcoming, making every interaction a pleasant experience. For reliable service backed by wonderful people, we highly recommend Store N Lock!
The facility is very clean and new-looking. The employee (Angie?) who processed my rental was very kind and gave me a tour of the facility. The outside needs some work - there are potholes that create lakes of water in the parking lot that you have to dodge constantly. I would not recommend going around the back entrance with anything smaller than an SUV. Other than that, the indoor facility is very clean and well-organized.

I have several units for several years and although my particular site doesn't have a constant manager one is very close. I actually moved from the one I had to them. Always cheerful and helpful and location is clean and safe. They've been helpful whenever I've needed help. I highly recommend them.
