If I could give this place -5 ⭐️ that still wouldn’t be adequate. If you value your things then go somewhere or anywhere else but here! We just got back and went to check the unit because the company was bought out by another company while we were gone and the arrangement we had with the original people, where we would pay with his mid-month pay, wasn’t being honored by the new owners but they said they couldn’t move the due date to that payday so I had to call or email every month letting them know and that was…

okay everyone do not get a storage unit from store line. they have nice problems. an one you dont talk to person in office you have to do everything over the phone or on line. they charge you 7.50 to make a payment over phone . an if you are late on your payment they will cut your lock an put a 85 dollars for your unit to be sold. an you have to pay for the lock fee beenin cut on your unit an also the 85 dollars .

This place used to be a good place years ago. I went back to this storage unit for ease and price. I just didn't know that with ease and price meant no one will ever be at the office. They can't take my payments out on time and they lock me out because they can't do there Job correctly. I have given them my information on multiple occasions to avoid this kind of hassle. When I've tried to go up there and fix the issue, they seem to be always having, no one is even there. This is ridiculous.
The property is under new ownership. Please give us a call if you would like to try us again!
this place is absolutely garbage. they put me on an auto pay that i didnt ask for and then proceeded to try and charge my account up to 13 times a day. They wont close my account after i stated 3 times to close it and not have an auto pay turned on. Dont do business here. these people will try to rob you any chance they get.

Great price, security needs to be better and parking for storage needs to be marked. I still think im in the right spot.
I accidentally booked storage with them. I thought it was a different place. The lady that called to verify my information was very nice and gave me a refund without any hassle. If the facility was closer to where I lived I would have rented from them because of her customer service.

Have always had good experiences at this storage acility. Always neat and clean and never a problem getting in and out. Alway feel at home.
