Got my unit broken into there and the employee told me none of the cameras work there. Also it’s amazing to get cat-called while putting things in your unit by the onlooking apartment tenants next door. Feels super safe.
We are sorry you experienced this issue. The property is now under new ownership and none of those former employees are here.

I had a bad situation happen in my life and because of it, I got behind on my storage unit and my stuff was going to go to auction. They were willing to work out an arrangement with me to help out. They were very understanding and I applaud them on their willingness to work with me.

Yes the buildings, doors etc. are a little dated and used BUT I had my stuff there for 2 years without problems of theft or water damage. I was able to get in when I needed to and customer service was very good. Thank you!
