Not enough ratings
Google carries another listing under this name in Kingsport. They may be separate branches or duplicate entries for the same business — we cannot tell which, so we publish both: the other listing.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 17 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 13 | 76.5% | |
| 4 star | 4 | 23.5% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
It is easy to use the website to obtain a storage unit or to pay for it. Nancy at the office is always easy to talk to and she is super helpful when you have any questions.

I've been with Stowaway Self Storage for 10, 15 years now. I've had storages for the better part of 30 years in multiple locations and multiple states and Stowaway Self Storage is hands down the best. Customer service is excellent, storage grounds are well lit and well cared for, and 24-hour access is a must. And the climate control facilities is a huge plus.
