In their own words
The only reason I’m giving one star is because I can’t give less. If you’re looking for movers do NOT book Strong Man Movers & Craters. They damaged my home. Took my baby’s crib apart and misplaced the pieces so my husband and I could not put it back together. They are not professional movers at all. I received a confirmation message from the owner the day before who told me they’ll be at my apartment at 9. They did not show up until after 10.
HORRIBLE..IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD. FIRST OF ALL, THEY WERE A NO CALL NO SHOW....WHEN I CALLED THE OWNER THE FIRST TIME HE WAS ACTING SURPRISED BUT DURING OUR SECOND CONVERSATION HE REVEALED TO ME THAT HIS RMPLOYEES HAD CALLED OUT AND THAT NO ONE WAS COMING...THIS WAS A HUGE PROBLEM!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING/BOOKING THIS COMPANY. I HOPE THIS SAVES SOMEONE FROM THE EXPERIENCE I HAD
I do not give this company even a corner of a star. They moved me on Saturday, April 8th, they wanted to come 30 minutes earlier, and I told them no, the time that is scheduled, so they show up 20 minutes after the original time. Once we got some stuff to my new place I heard something loud, like something break and it was one of my antiques tables, they broke off a leg, the mover said "I just sat it down and it broke", and to top it all off, they also have damaged, my china cabinet with major scratches on the…
They delivered the majority of my furniture damaged. The owner refused to come out to see the damages himself. He sent the delivery driver out who of course didnt want to take responsibility for the damages. Tried to offer my $300 for damages to a 3 piece living room set, bedroom set, broken bookcase, and scratched up my 43 in flat screen. Needless to say ill see them in court. All items just purchased May 2016.
Tried negotiating a price with Johnny the owner after getting a lower quote elsewhere, he explained he couldn’t which then I wanted to proceed with the booking, to only have him hang up on me. Tried texting him to book for the time which he agreed to on the phone for him to reply “no thanks”. Very unprofessional and anyone who would carry their business this way doesn’t deserve to have one to begin with.

In their own words
We’ve used this company before in June of ‘22 to move an entire home that had some large, heavy furniture that was mostly upstairs and hired them again in Dec ‘23 to move most of that same furniture and some extremely large and heavy equipment from two storage facilities AND from our apartment to our new home. For both moves, we were very pleased with their services, as not only was the price affordable and very competitive compared to other moving companies, they were on time, wrapped up all the furniture, and…

Mariah, We appreciate your support and business. Looking forward to serving you again soon.
Owner, Johnny friendly and professional on the phone. Movers David and Dominique were fast, effecient and professional. We used their services in July 2017 and will be using them again in Nov 2017. One thing my husband and I like is " A company that provides a great service for our money." This company was referred to me by a friend and I will pass this great company along to you(review readers) and my friends!
