In their own words
The move was successful as the house was packed into a 26 foot truck to the max. A few damaged items; one was paid for by Strongmove. Walls were dinged up; but did not ask Strongmove to repair it. The rest of the items we chose not to have Strongmove repair because they want to personally and visually enter the house to inspect. The move itself was under-estimated in time, so we went over budget. The team was not cohesive and there were obvious friction among the three of them.

Don't use Strong Move. Some of their people are great but others are terrible! I have a TV stand and the morons lost the bottom piece to it. Now I have a TV stand with no bottom piece. Great job morons. The morons also did not assemble my queen size bed correctly. They just left the support piece out of site under the bed. How stupid do you have to be a mover and not know how to assemble a queen sized bed? I noticed this after they left when I went down to store some xrays under my bed.
I was very disappointed with the service. In the beginning everything was fine.. the movers showed up on time. But after the move the company add charges that wasn't mentioned over the phone, like 40$ for tape! also, the movers left lots of items at the old apartment. We needed to go back and complete the move ourselves... I will not use this company, Not worth the money.
They started out by going to the wrong house. They had come over and looked at what needed to be moved. But on move day, at the end of the day, they said that they would not move a large desk unit and that is what I has asked them to come …

I had such a wonderful experience with this company. Multiple messages before the date of the move, making sure things were correct, any changes etc. They were prompt and very quick with the move. They even helped me move some boxes I didn't plan on having them move, but they were just too heavy for me to lift. They were incredibly quick bringing my heavy items up a flight of stairs. The price was amazing as well. I highly highly recommend this company to anybody who needs movers they can trust.
