The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 10 | 83.3% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 8.3% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 8.3% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I have had Jason work for me on several other occasions and he was very professional, reliable, respectful and organized. Our latest endeavour was excellent! He and an employee, helped move all of my belongings into a storage locker. They arrived on time, carried out my furniture and boxes and very neatly stored them in the locker. Both Jason and his employee were very polite. I am moving off island, Jason consented to doing the move for me. I feel very fortunate because I trust him.
Thank you 😊 …
Reliable, affordable, efficient, trustworthy & just gets things done. They took great care with my belongings too! All in all, an awesome moving experience!
Thank you for your review ,we really appreciate your business.
Another home run! Literally!! My 2nd move with this co. This move had tough logistics + was a 2 Bedroom move from Parksville to Tsawwassen. With a little flexibility. it was seamless. I was stressed about details but it helped to know Jason + his crew handled the last move 2 years ago really well. I knew it would all fall into place. It did. PERFECT SOLUTION for an island move to Tsawwassen or Ladner. They did an amazing job for me. Also most competitive out of the 3 companies I got quotes from.
Thank you so much for your input. Much appreciated 🙏 …
Jason and his helper Randy were both very friendly and polite. They helped us move into our apartment after moving back to the Island from Vancouver. The service they provided us was very professional and respectful. They took care with our furniture and belongings and worked in a very logical and considered manner. I would highly recommend Jason and will be sure to call him again for our next move. Thanks again to Jason & Randy for helping with our move.
Thank you so much. Welcome to Nanaimo.
