Crew was rude unprofessional and intoxicated. The girl in the office was ignorant and didn't care and her supervisor was even worse. What a nightmare!!! And these are not students these are men in their 50s and barely even speak english but they demand money before unloading even if your $3k tv is smashed.

First time I used them they were amazing!! I used them the second time and was highly disappointed they came in a trailer my lamp couldn't fit in half my pictures were left in my previous home and I was over charged a 100$.

My reviews disappeared. I used their movers in December last year. They scratched most of my furnitures and completely broke my TV. Very slow, careless, and laid back movers, smoking in their truck.

My husband and I hired student movers after them being recommended by my sister in law. Their prices seemed reasonable and so we chose them over other options. The movers worked extremely slow, we were moving a two bedroom apartment and when the movers arrived he started complaining that he wouldn't be able to do his other planned job for the day. The mover stated he was contracted by student movers and he has his own moving company. He was upset because he said student movers did not warn him.

It was not what I expected at all. I should have went with my first mind on this company. The Hispanic men couldn't speak English and had no clue what I was talking about. They was late and didn't have to move to much of nothing and I still paid for a full 2 hours under 2 hours. Smh. When I called dispatch, they stated that they was going to have a meeting on a Monday and I would get a call back....Hell its Thursday and I got nothing but they got PAID.

They broke a few of my items that were small but expensive and then required a lot to get a reimbursement of only .60 per pound. My belongs were small but expensive and the reimbursement wouldn't have put a dent in how much it would cost to replace the item.

Gonzalo & Hugo were 100/10 excellent and patient!! They showed up on time, worked at a fast pace, but was still careful with my valuables, and delivered 40 minutes across town in under the 2 hours! Of course I only moved my bedroom but they were very efficient, kind, and professional!! I’ll for sure book with them in the future!!
Moved from the Katy area to Richmond. The 2 man team completed my move in 3hr and 15min, that’s including travel time with my wife and I helping. They did a great job with loading and making sure everything was properly covered and sealed so nothing was damaged. Very transparent pricing and great communication when dealing with all members of the company. Would highly recommend.

We had Gonzalo and Hugo move our belongings and they did it efficiently. They took care of our items, wrapped and packed pieces very well. The office staff is great too. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. They were also able to offer very competitive moving rates. I would recommend the moving team and company.
