I had a small move this week, no boxes, 2 beds, 4 small bedroom side table with drawers, 1 dresser, a couch, 1 futon, 2 chairs, desk, dresser. This company purposely delayed the move causing me to pay $1800 a 6 hour move, which was only a block away. The sales person Bob was rude and pushy. I was on the phone with the operations manager upset about the move and he said he would call me the next day, never did. Do not trust this company. They turned my 3-4 hr move into a 6 hour move only to get more money.

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT use Suburban Solutions for your move in the Philly area. Quinten and Justin on the operations team were incredible rude with communication regarding my move. They postponed my move until 1pm due to the weather and then cancelled on me 4 hours prior as the weather was improving. They were unwilling to wait until 1pm and told me I would have to wait until the following week to reschedule. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
I have never written a review because I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. I have moved probably 10 times in the last 20 years. Don’t even bother calling these people unless you are prepared to give them an exact tally of everything you own. Their answer to my problem with my extra storage unit items is that if I forget to tell them something the movers are not required to move it. Telling her the exact size and how full the unit was is not enough for them.
They moved my father from apartment to apartment and quoted me $2700. That included a day prior of packing all his books and other items. After the move they called me to give them a credit card without telling me the final amount. I wanted to see an invoice prior to paying so one was emailed to me. It ended up being $4200!! I regret paying it now without disputing it, but live and learn. They told me it “took longer than expected.” I will never recommend these scammers to anyone.

We had such a great experience with the Suburban team for our move.
