Unfortunately, my fiancee and I had an awful experience with this company. To make this short, they completely destroyed a dining room table that was in pristine condition by storing inappropriately. They left numerous scratches in brand new hard wood flooring, and put large, unsightly dents in brand new dry wall that required repair and repainting (thank God my dad is handy or else we would have had to pay someone to repair the damage left behind by Town and Country).

Worst experience ever with a moving company. Arrived almost two hours late without any notification. Unload team moved at the slowest possible pace to maximize the $98.00 hourly rate. Unload team wasn't careful while bringing items into the home. Just a horrible experience all around. Find another moving company and avoid the headache Town & Country will cause you.
Mr. Rexroth, I am sorry you had an unpleasant moving experience, however, $98 per hour is not a rate used by us and Town & Country Moving and Storage has no record of a customer with your name.
3/2024 - This is the 2nd time I'm using their services. The only reason this is a 1 out of 5 is because they handled the item they damaged during the move very poorly. The movers themselves were fantastic! I have nothing bad to say about Bernie and Ryan. The team made 3 stops to 3 different locations and were courteous and professional the whole way. They worked from 7 am to 7 pm. Although my 65" TV was damaged I was not upset.

Not a review for the service but a place just to vent. I am not one who wants to get someone in trouble with their job so that is why I am doing it here instead of calling company. Today in the Downingtown residential area one of their drivers was going really fast and blew right through a stop sign ( we as well as several people were walking along with dogs) yes we pointed out that he passed a stop sign, guess he didn’t like it because he decided to yell expletives at us and laugh.

Town & Country is sorry if this is indeed our customer but that cannot be determined by the name provided by the reviewer. However, if the scenario provided is accurate, the reviewer is correct that particle board furniture is not covered. This is true for all movers and is mandated by the P.U.C.

At the end they even had me do a walk through to make sure there was nothing I wanted moved around before they left. Excellent movers! I had some family pieces that were extremely important to me. I asked them to treat them like a new born baby…and they did just that! First big move I have done over my many years of multiple moves where there was absolutely no damage to anything…not even a scratch! I highly recommend this team.

We were extremely fortunate to have Town & Country move our apartment and two (2) strorage units on Thursday (8/29) and Friday (8/30). A better working team (just three guys) you can’t find. They were incredibly friendly, organized, efficient, hard-working and hustled. If you can request movers, ask for Bernie, Alan and Jordan! These three men work so well together and go out of their way to make sure everything is exactly where it should go. There was nothing that was too much to ask.
