DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THEM! They quoted me for $800, it ended up being $1100.00. One guy showed up HUNGOVER! I had to buy them coffee and Gatorade just so they can pick up the pace and not charge me for THEM moving so slow!. They couldn't fit everything as they promised so I had to move a lot in my 2 door car! They couldn't fit my large rugs and I later found out they THREW ONE AWAY! My old apartment has them on camera. They BROKE several pieces of my furniture and scratched a lot of my furniture also.

I had a disappointing experience with Suburban solutions. The movers arrived late, worked slowly, and damaged two pieces of furnature. I expected better.
I live in the neighborhood in which this business is located, and they are incredibly inconsiderate of local traffic. If I'm unfortunate to get stuck behind them trying to park their trucks, I am stuck there for 5-10 minutes as they take their time straightening out the trucks and making sure they are straight before backing them in, blocking the entire street in the process. They could easily let cars pass before trying to straighten out.
Devota. I am incredibly apologetic about this. I will make sure our staff pauses to let cars clear before we reverse into our lot. We will let our team know and hopefully you will see an improvement here. Thanks again for your feedback!
The representative did not tell me after they picked up my furniture I would have to wait for several weeks until it would be delivered. I was given a number to text to find out when they would deliver. I've texted it 10 times in the last 2 …
Gary - you're referencing Suburban Relocators - they are notorious for this and this wouldn't be the first review attributed to Suburban Solutions from that pirate organization. Good luck with your situation, but please don't post for my business.

Brian, I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how incredibly smooth the guys handled my move on Monday. They were early but also on time in my book for a 10:00AM appointment (arrived 9:48AM). They treated my items like gold with care and personal attention. The trip to storage had me get an additional small unit, and the guys were more than happy to continue doing a really impressive job on keeping me at ease and having everything put away in tip top shape. If you are looking for a moving company just save yourself the time because you have found it with Suburban Solutions. We have worked with a lot of moving companies in and around the DC area and nobody has come close the level of service and care they provided. The owner is great and helped us with our long list of questions and concerns to make sure everything was taken care of fully and correctly. Moving is a challenge no matter what but Suburban Solutions made it a breeze.
