We were packed and moved from this company from bliss to ft Lewis. EVERY single one of our large ticket items was broken. Completely destroyed at that. We had inspectors come out, etc just for them to be disgusted at how things were even placed in the crates. To make matters worse when looking at the inventory that not only was missing things but was numbered incorrectly in places we noted it was filled out with multiple lies, stating damage that still to this day even after the move doesn’t exist.

Terrible experience. Was told they wanted to do things over 2 days, one day for packing everything one day for loading into the truck. Came by the first day and demanded that plan change, we told them no as we literally planned for otherwise. They said fine they will do it all tomorrow. The manager lady came by later that day banging on our door (woke up our daughter it was so loud and forceful) and tried demanding entrance into our home to see the progress of what we had done (not even 3 hours after the movers…
If I could give them 0 stars I would we got there at 8 am to pick up 2 loads from this warehouse to go to Georgia to these two families that are friends and was loaded on the same day not even going to get into the paperwork work errors we sat in the truck waiting for them to even get one of them off the other truck till 4 pm and they still hadn’t gotten it done it took my driver fussing and we had to help them unload the first truck it was only 9000 lbs just so it would even get done and had to wait till the next…
