My father rented from here for years. Suddenly they decided to auction off his stuff with no notice given to him. No phone call, no email, nothing. Thousands of dollars wasted, and sentimental stuff gone forever. This company should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT RENT HERE! Update: He was paid until 9/20 and you auctioned the unit on 9/25. 5 DAYS AFTER! Again, ZERO NOTICE. He lives in Germany, you did NOT mail him anything. You also did NOT contact him. He simply needed to be contacted. He WAS NOT.
We are very sorry to hear about your fathers circumstances. That doesnt give people the right to slander an honest small business. That is against the law and unless this post is took down Mr. Wallace I will be contacting my lawyer to press charges against you personally.

Andre is fantastic. Quick to respond, help, and very friendly. Great price for RV storage as well.
Jeremy and Sunburst Storage were excellent to work with! As a college student arranging a storage unit to share over the summer with my friends, we needed a company that was affordable and reliable. Sunburst Storage provided both these things along with top-notch service. They worked with me when lack of WiFi connection made it difficult to call and pay for the next month of rent, and they were always very responsive and communicative.
Competitivly priced, owner and staff have always been super polite, friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Units are roomy and clean and the best part is the 24/7 access. Im in the healthcare field and work odd hours so having access to my things on my time is a huge convenience. Thank you!

This place is great! The owners are wonderful! I have only 1 complaint and to me it's kinda important. It gates with a code but there's a section of the fence missing. It makes me feel unsafe if I have to go there at night by myself. Outside of that I highly recommend!
