Update. Since posting this review we have been contacting by this company 1. Private berating us and calling us liars. 2. Threatening to take us to court. 3. Threatening to contact my husband's employers. We have had to remove one review we wrote because they bullied and threatened us. No matter what you say, they will call you a liar. Very , very bad customer service and lack of communication.
Thank you for your feedback. We take customer concerns seriously. We respectfully disagree with several statements in this review, as they do not align with our records or our crew's account of the move. … More
Unfortunately it didn't get past an initial phone call. Called (didn't answer with the company name) said they would call me back in half hour to give quote and haven't heard back. (2 days ago) First impressions are important!
After a thorough review of our call records, we found no missed calls or promises to follow up as described. We hold ourselves to high standards of communication and take claims like this seriously. … More

I highly recommend Sunrise senior relocation services. The movers were very professional, friendly, efficient and caring. Tamara is a wonderful communicator, and very helpful with moving my mom from her home to Assisted Living. I would definitely use them for any move I had to do whether it was for a senior or not. Reasonable pricing and excellent service!

Both my Mom and I were really impressed by the efficiency, professionalism, positive attitude , and overall great work ethic of G and Zayd today. We couldn’t have asked for a team who was more conscientious and patient as we moved my Mom from one assisted living facility (after 7 years) to another. These guys helped make this tough job as easy as it could have been, and we are really grateful that they were referred to us by the facility she is moving in to. Highly recommend!

By far the best experience I have had with a moving company! When I called, the lady on the phone was super helpful and fit me in even when I gave barely any notice and they had a jammed packed week. Super sweet and accommodating. The movers were very mindful of all my belongings and were also very kind and helpful. Very personable employees! Keep up the great work guys! Once again, thank you to all of you at Sunrise Moving!
