Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 4 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 9 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 6 | 66.7% | |
| 4 star | 3 | 33.3% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 4 four and five star reviews we have read for Sunset Storage. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Great location and super friendly staff! Jillian, Jake and Debbie are awesome to work with. Highly recommend their facility.
Good owners who work with the customer. The Texas hospitality to be expected. I recommend them to others who need storage. Their two locations are close to each other. One is right next to Sunset Apartments, that makes it easy to get to just from 306 Loop.
Jake and Jillian went above and beyond accommodating our storage needs while we were house hunting. The units we rented were very clean, and we felt our belongings were extremely secure. I would not hesitate to use them again!
