Supersonic Movers

I have finally received my payment for damages. I waited to post so that I could give this company the time to correct and they havent. I had a Move with this company on December 24. I thought Hector was very good on the phone and that is why I chose them. On moving day, they showed up late, and they were not told that I was moving upstairs, so that made them mad and I feel they took it out on my items. They took a long time to get to my new place, even though I had seen them pass my new place.

When I contacted them Hector responded to me 4x in 4 minutes he spoke to 2x and he was going to call me back because he was out of the office so that I could book my move. I didn't hear feom him so I replied to his email. No response. The next day I texted him, no response, so I called. Brian told me Hector would call me back in 15. 7 hours later I hadn't heard from him. So I called again. Brian said Hector called and I didn't answer, he didn't call. I was placed on hold. Brian said Hector called the wrong number.

Dishonest. They ran me up the price which was way different on what we agreed on. Would never recommend to anyone. Tons of hidden fees.

I was very disappointed when I had to "call" this company to see if they were coming to pick up the all the office furniture at my husband's office. There was five offices, conference room, and front two desks in reception area. This also included 4 lateral files and 15 chairs, and more. I had made an appointment and the person that was there to open up the office said they did not show. I was out of town, had to call this company to be informed that they were so busy they couldn't call me back.

UPDATE! I already left my review on Yelp and Google, but maybe this one will make someone notice, maybe the owner. The move just finished, it was from 8:19AM to approx. 11:20am and the lead gentleman said, he already got my review as I did my review mid move as I was really upset! And when he gave me the receipt, he said my manager called me about the review anything you can do to remove it. As I said, lead guy was moving , the other 2 weren’t.

This was close to being a 5-star review, because ultimately they did a good job of moving 99% our stuff, and I liked 2 out of the 3 guys. But there was a problem at the end with them damaging our house and a piece of furniture, and I was appalled at how they handled it, and ultimately Hector never fixed the problem (after saying he was a "man of his word" and would fix it) and then ghosted me. I would not use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone else. Here are the details if you're curious...

**Edit** I will NEVER hire them again. I hired them again after they did so well the first time. Biggest mistake I have ever made. It was an unprofessional disaster. They left two whole rooms behind and refused to come back for the items they were paid to move. Jose didn't know how to pack my belongings. I will be lucky if any of my glassware or dishes come out in one piece. They had zero idea how to pack and now my belongings are in storage in mislabeled boxes.

Had another company flake on our appointment. These guys were great in coming to help with my move on very short notice. Move started great. Got everything moved in just under 2 hours with a 2 hour minimum in our estimate. However. Before the movers showed up I was made to pay a deposit. When I went to pay after the move I was told deposit would be refunded and paid for the truck and time.
