I have used multiple movers over the years and Sure Trip Express Moving in Rochester, NY is by far the worst I have experienced. I hired them because of the low upfront price, but the final cost was much more than the initial quote and was very misleading. They also called and rescheduled the move twice because they were unable to perform the move on the agreed upon date, which was a huge inconvenience.
Hello John im sorry you had this experience but we can assure you we have not received any claims or complaints nor pictures from you or you girlfriend. If this really did happen please reach out to our service team once proof of damages is provided we will accommodate all concerns.
Do not use. Hired to load a U-Box for shipment from Buffalo, NY to Colorado. Opened box with local Colorado movers only to find damage to several pieces of furniture (scrapes, dents, etc.) including to an antique Korean dresser that cannot be restored. There were two bags of UNUSED furniture pads that would have prevented all of the damage had they been properly used. No reply from company despite repeated attempts to contact them, both directly and through U-Haul/Movinghelp.com.

I was very much disappointed in my moving, majority of my furnitures are dented and have alot of scratches especially my dresser, my stove, my console table glass top has alot of scratches, the base of my bed, chesser drawer and table. I texted you about tye damages and you are saying the damages were there before i move and he should have taken pictures and then block me from his phone. People be mindful of this moving company, take pictures of all your furniture before moving.

Sure Trip Express was awesome. Clear, timely communication throughout the process, showed up on time, and did the job fast and carefully - not a wall hit nor a floor scraped. The guys were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!!
Hire these guys! I hired these guys to pack and crate a delicate piece of photographic equipment that was shipping across the country. Positive, can-do attitude. Perfect, clear communication. On-time and a very fair price. Very important too is that SureTrip has workman's comp and liability insurance which other movers do not carry.
Andreas and his crew are exceptional. They provide great service for completely reasonable prices. Every member of the crew worked hard for the duration of the move, had a great attitude, and took care of my items. Relocating is the third most stressful time of life, and having Andreas’s team made my life better. A little more detail, I made the mistake of underestimating how much stuff I really had. Andreas and his crew adapted, informed me upfront of what this job really looked like and managed my expectations.
If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. I emailed them at 5 AM asking if they were available for an emergency move either that same day or the next day. They called me 2 hours later (an hour before they were even supposed to be open) and said they would do it. The house was several decades old and had about 8 rooms stocked full of items. They packed everything that same day and took everything to storage the next day.
