We have used their service due to high ratings. I am really disappointed about their service. The price quote is average but after they have picked up the items for delivery, they were extremely difficult to get hold of. I left mulitple messages regarding how much longer we had to wait but no response. When they called, they can not or will not tell you where the items are. The estimated date of arrival seems to be ends of the spread but I got a feeling that they were too overtly optimistic.
Paul came and did an estimate and in spite of calls for a quote he never returned our calls or provided an estimate. No explanation, just wasted our time. They used to be great to work with but the guy, Paul was really rude and walked out without saying much. I found a very pleasant and careful team to work with in the end and am very happy, but sadly won't be calling on Swan's to give estimates in the future or recommend them. As for an actual move, I can't say. We never got that far.
I'm not happy. They destroyed a lot. At least $4,000.00 damage. don't waste your money on a damage/ insurance policy. We wasted $1000.00! They won't stand up to the insurance policy. Turn it over to Allied who won't even accept our mail. …
They lost many boxes and had much damage. Don't bother paying their insurance as they won't stand behind of lost goods and damage. …

Swans has helped me move twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. They’re always on time, friendly, and careful with my belongings. The team works efficiently without ever feeling rushed, and their pricing is very fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.
We were connected to Swan's Moving and Storage with our move via Allied Van Lines. Allied used an Origin agent in Southern California that did a terrible job of making an accurate manifest, damaging things in the process. To further complicate things, our things were transferred to Swan's Moving and Storage and then we found out that our move to Bellingham was going to be delayed. Aimee at Swan's was very helpful and responsive to our situation.
I was extremely impressed with Swan's Moving & Storage. Brandon came out to my now former condominium the day that I had contacted the company in order to do a walk-through. He was also prompt in responding to additional questions that I had prior to the move itself. In addition, both of the packers and movers themselves, Andrew and Courtney, were competent, efficient, personal, and professional. Testimony to this, I have found nothing broken or damaged from the two-thousand-plus-mile move.
Moving is never fun but Swans (Bellingham) and Prestige (Bend) did just what they said they would do. The packing was well done, the loading went quickly and the delivery was on time. We had no problems communicating with the driver re the schedule. Only reason for four stars is that we had a broken dresser handle, probably due to the inexperience of the helpers doing the unloading. They made a mistake but it's easily fixed at minor cost.
