Used storage for a couple months when we got our stuff out it was infested with mice and mice piss and poop , insurance wouldn't do anything because they stated that sycamore storage will not cover any damages by mice
I look them up online… the listing showed they were open until 5pm I got the around 3:30pm and the hours are now closed at 2 or 2:30pm but they had a QR code to rent a unit online. So, I did I received a gate code and a lock code… great but my unit is inside with a door that states use gate code. I did that but the code did not work. When I signed up I received a text saying thanks and if I need any help to text or call this number and they would get back with me.

Sold my son's storage unit prematurely. Told him when he paid that they would push the action back. Sold the unit the day before he called.

Very conveniently located and the woman at the desk is always so incredibly nice!! I feel like my stuff is pretty secure, as much as you can get in Terre Haute anyway. The coded access gate is definitely nice, I would prefer 24-hour access but I can understand why nobody offers that anymore. Reasonable prices and clean units, and there’s a lot of Pokéstops around here so you really can’t beat it.

Nice, very clean and cameras are everywhere. I feel my belongings are safe here. 1 minor issue; Sometime I go late over night but I can't gain access to my storage. I type in code to open gate but it never opens. I paid to have 24 hour service. I'm not late on payment. Don't know. Help me out Sycamore Storage. Thanks
