In their own words
This company was used for a move we needed to do for the military. The military reached out to us prior to the move to see if we wanted another company. I wish we would have done more research, and requested to go with someone else. Not only were many items broken/damaged, missing AND stolen, but the owner did not do anything about it me a call back the next day (Friday). She got some information as to what was going on. She lacked any type of empathy or at least customer service of a move that they had done.
If you are an individual or small business looking for long-term storage, T-Bow is not your answer. They were the subcontractor for my military move. I have had several moving companies ship my goods and store them multiple times. This was by far the worst move I have ever even witnessed. Never have I had so many things broken or poorly packed. Even some of my electronics were destroyed, after the box they had been stored in was placed underneath my couch.
If the military books you with them, just say no thank you. Man in the kitchen found the vodka bottle, and he smelled of it. Little does he know that I only use it to make vanilla. One of the lead packers told him to sober up and I thought they were talking to me but I turned around and sure enough, the man stankkkk of alcohol. You know those little kid couches, nuggets? Well I made them wrap one since I saw them just throwing the other pieces in the back on the trailer.
If we could give them less we would. The worst moving company! We were on a military move and they contracted T Bow moving, first mistake. They brought a horse sized trailer(no joke) to move our 3 bed one bath home with a garage. It took 12 hours after many cigarette and phone breaks to finish. Once they finally realized everything wasn't going to fit they began to load boxes in the bed of their pick up truck as well as ratchet strapping items to the roof of the trailer. See pictures attached.
If the military books you with them try to get a different mover. One of the guys broke items while packing and didn’t even tell me until I found broken glass. They packed heavier items on delicate ones and all of my dressers are smashed to pieces. I have found several missing items while I am unpacking my things. Save yourself the headache. The guys I had were very friendly yet deceiving.
🤮 Absolutely Disgusting Service 🤮 These guys are lazy trash 🚮. They don’t care about your belongings, they’ll cuss in front of your kids 👎👎, and even act like they want to fight the customer 😡. Who does that?! 💀 Worst moving company I’ve ever seen. Do NOT waste your time or money. 🚫📦 Use literally ANYONE else — you’ll thank yourself later.
Completely unsatisfied with the condition of my property. Received my shipment today and everything was thrown into the crate. Almost every box was crushed, broken fishing gear, damaged mountain bike, boxes were busted open with clothes just thrown back into the crate. Absolutely no professionalism what so ever.
Lazy crew. Lied saying they would come back to grab packing material. Shocked I was ignored by Stephen after giving him a cooler he was eyeing and his crew decent tips/drinks. Even grabbed them some DEF for their truck when requested. $100+ …

In their own words
Josh and his crew were contracted out to pick up my HHG for my military pcs. I think there were somewhere between 4-6 of them & I’m very happy with the service they provided while here. They were professional, careful with my items, fast, & had great personalities. Now I’m just waiting to see if all of my things get there the way that they left 🙏🏽 highly suggest taking videos & pictures of everything prior to the movers coming. That’s what I did.
Not only were they fast, but they communicated the whole time. Especially being our first ever move the owner Johnny was amazing and showed me the ropes. Told me what everything meant on the boxes, how it was going to be loaded and was just …
Hard working group of men showed up at my home and got it moved efficiently and with great attitudes. Thanks to Stephen Steele and his team. Finished the job in 1/4 the time 2 men and a truck walked off of after having to repack the storage unit where our furniture is being stored. Would recommend these gents all day.
The 2 men from the company were very friendly and hardworking! They were here for about 2 1/2 hours and made sure to pack all our belongings properly and with care. They were a company working with the military which is how we got them and I'll say they were some of the nicest movers I've experienced 💓 …
