Very unprofessional and they broke my tv, lost my daughters crib, scratched all of my dressers, lost my vacuum, and is arguing with me via social media and posting my paperwork. I wish I had bought insurance.

This company damaged a lot of my items. My couch was dragged across the ground and damaged, my 65 inch television which was basically new was cracked. They broke several things inside of my boxes even though they were labeled as fragile. I paid almost 800 dollars for a move that was 2 mins away. I also told one of the movers that my couch was damaged and he said that they would take care of it if I called in.

If you’re looking for a reliable service, do not use TakeAway Movers. They called to cancel less than a week before my scheduled service date. My lease agreement, my internet install, and my water/power were all scheduled on the same day, and now not only am I without a way to move in, I have to pay an extra premium to another moving service due to short notice. Just be aware they’ll cancel on you. If you have a firm date you need to go by, use another company.

My item got destroyed and considering I took out their insurance against damages, it took him over 6 months to come by and inspect the damage but the issue never got rectified.

Things were done tacky! Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Items broken and resolve was argue mentative! What you get quoted is never what you get. Disappointed
