A very unprofessional family.. My yard has been destroyed from their dogs pissing and shitting all in it and they don’t even care. My car has been damaged due to their dog pissing on it causing the paint to strip and rust and my dog has gotten worms from their dogs shitting in our yard while having worms.
I wanted this to work out so badly. But it didn't. The first thing that happened was sight unseen, Dungee, the owner, recommended we get a bigger truck than we needed against what the appraiser told us we needed. They packed our house (1000 sq ft) and loaded the truck. We drove the truck, and it was harder and more expensive to drive the bigger truck. He said “trust me” a lot. He even recommended we go to dinner and movie while the crew packed up the house. I am glad we didn't.

We used Taylor moving for a move last month and they did a great job. On time, communicative, and careful. We enjoyed working with the entire team as they unpacked the two trucks for our cross-town move. Everything was done with care and a friendly attitude. Dwayne Taylor was our main contact and he did a great job. We had a few items we didn't need any more and they took them to donate to the church, which was a wonderful addition and very helpful in trying to merge two households. Definitely recommended.
A professional, efficient, quality move was only the beginning. That family treated us like we were their family. They know from their decades of experience that a move is way more than just getting things from point A to point B. They do an excellent job of that, but do so much more. They understand that if someone is moving that they are going through a life change, whether it be big or small. They understand that there is a heightened emotion that comes with the experience for the person moving.
I hired Taylor’s Moving for a move from Raleigh to Durham a couple months ago. The great service started with the sweet lady on the phone who got everything scheduled. The owner came by my place prior to the move to give me a quote as they charge by the job, not by the hour. I was given tips on how to pack to make the move as seamless as possible. He was SO kind and genuine and offered a very fair price.
Taylor and the other foreign guy were incredibly efficient and effective – they didn't talk much, they just got to work and started moving things! I had a little more stuff than I'd initially told them, but they still managed to move everything within the expected timeframe. They also did a fantastic job protecting the furniture from scratches and damage, which I hadn't expected at all. They even tied up the bed frame's joists, making sure everything was neat and tidy.
