DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Save yourself the headache and financial burden. I previously moved them and they were excellent (on time, no issues). That was 3 years ago. HOWEVER!!!, this time around was a horrible experience. I moved from Queens to TX and what a nightmare. First, they guaranteed a delivery of July 11th, I did not receive my belongings until the 20th!
If I could give less than one star I would. Please, save yourself the heartache an heed this warning — I hired TB moving (who contracted out to Seka moving without notice, apparently) and the movers destroyed all of my stuff, and then stopped answering my emails about filing a claim. They have been totally non responsive to the emails I have sent with pictures of my mildewed and stained brand new bed and brand new mattress, my broken peloton, my damaged suede chairs, and my smashed record player, vases, mugs, etc.
Cheats. Scammed me with my 2 bed apartment move and I lost over $15,000 worth of belongings. They were rude and I didn’t end up getting a single penny for the damages caused. Absolute nightmare!
The worst experience that my nephew could have ever experienced was dealing with this moving company. They promised to deliver his goods within 10 business days. Well it took a month for that delivery to happen. Within that time frame, after many conversations with customer service, they promised to give him a discount upon delivery. That has come out to be an all right lie. They actually threatened to not make the delivery when they finally arrived if he didn't pay $500 at the time of delivery. No discount.
Disgusted by the lack of a response. I moved from New York to Oregon. My items were picked up on 9/22. I was told my move would arrive between 10/21 - 10/25. Needless to say that 10/25 has come and gone and I have not received my move. I have called the office sent emails and have not even received the courtesy of a response. This was my first big move and I was hoping for the best based on the reviews. I am greatly disappointed and hoping I will get my things soon.
Called to get an approximate moving rate and got someone asking a plethora of question such as: to and from addresses; What floor on each location.. which is ok. What I consider a waste of a call is they wanted an itemized list of contents just to give me a ballpark estimate. Stating average furniture for a two bedroom wasn’t enough. Will not recommend.
I needed to say this again I used this company in 2022 and I was very disappointed. I was missing a box that had really nice clothes and I hid some of my good stuff in between which was valuable. Funny that’s the only box that got lost. No one knew where the box was. I was very disappointed.

They organized the vehicle so nothing would shift during the trip, working quickly but carefully. They unloaded everything easily and placed it in the order I requested when we arrived at the new house. Throughout the entire process, they were meticulous and professional.
The moving crew was very patient and arrived early. To ensure nothing was broken, they wrapped each dish and glass separately. They also helped me figure out the best way to arrange my belongings at the new place, and the move took few hours.
I would like to extend a sincere appreciation to the movers from TB Moving. My furniture was expertly moved from San Diego to Oakland by them. I assigned them service and they completed it in a respectable amount of time even though I had several large goods. I'm really happy I chose these folks. Look no further than these movers if you're searching for the most affordable and effective moving company.
We were always kept informed about our long-distance moves. I was greeted by kind, competent, and knowledgeable employees. TB Moving & Storage fees are the least expensive and their exclusive offer is the best when compared to other local moving companies.
