This is now FORWARD STORAGE MEMPHIS, I tried to rent one unit and Trisha the lady on the phone rented me two units, after going up there and seeing the units were not going to work. I called and called and no one ever answered, I tried to cancel on the website and no option, I finally get in touch with them and Trisha was so rude to me, I asked for her supervisor and she would not give me the information, I asked for corporate number nope, I told her to listen to the recording from our call and she pretty much…
Hello Ashley, Thank you for your feedback, as mentioned on the phone after thoroughly reviewing the records of your interaction with Trisha, it's clear that she provided you with the service you requested, which included renting two units.
This is worst experience I’ve had with a business in awhile. I cancelled my unit rental last month after a burglary and they are still charging me! I told the Forward storage that I wanted to cancel. They let me believe it was cancelled. It was not. I live 3 hours away from this dump and now I have to go back to get out of this rental, that’s been empty for a month and they are still charging me. Save yourself the stress and money and go somewhere else.
They were very unprofessional, they were packing things sloppy and the way they wanted to pack them. One of the the workers got an attitude with my sister because she asked them to cover her bed frame because it was raining, then when my sister called to complain to Scott, he also caught an attitude with her

Not enough stars available for these guys. John and Lee were great! We used TM&S for an in-house project; moving boxes and items stored, for decades, in attic to the garage in preparation for neighborhood garage sale. They were on time, fast, careful, and clearly experienced. On top of that, they were very courteous and thoughtful. If you're looking for a job done well and great bang for your buck, look no further.
Scott- Thank you and your team for alleviating a pretty horrendous experience for us. Your organization is professional, timely, responsive and extremely customer focused. We have had several corporate moves. Your firm is, without question, the best we have experienced. You are adept at coordinating activities with insurance and restoration companies, which saved us a tremendous amount of time and concern, We had a flood which resulted in water damage in most of our downstairs.
Did a great job with a local move. On time, efficient, courteous, took good care of my possessions. Reasonable price. Would use them again without hesitation.
My family is growing and we needed to move to single story home quickly. My wife was 9 months pregnant when we decided to do this. The home we wanted to buy was contingent on the sale of the home we lived in. So, we had to get the home ready to sell fast. I called Scott Adams, owner of Tennessee Moving, and he came out to meet me. I was so comfortable with his expertise and knowledge, that I didn't even call anyone else for an estimate.
