Had a terrible experience with Tetris Movers. They showed up 2.5 hours late, disgustingly blew up my bathroom and left a mess, took their time having smoke breaks because they knew they were getting paid by the hour, and on top of that, damaged my infant’s brand new crib she has not even been able to use yet! And when they were contacted about this they offered “a replacement part” or “$90”… they literally stripped the screw into the crib, pushed it so far in that it went all the way through, and destroyed the…

We hired Tetris movers to help us unload the Uhaul when we moved to Savannah and while they were fast and didn't break anything, they were very unprofessional. They made constant comments about how much "stuff" we brought with us, gave unsolicited advice about "throwing stuff away we didn't use", and made comments about how we weren't going to have room for everything. Well surprise, after unpacking we definitely did have room for everything.
Had to change my rating. Even tho the movers did their job after doing a deep inspection on some of my valuables it seems like they happened to be stolen. It’s been 3 months and haven’t had a call back since.

Contacted yesterday for a quote. No one answers the phone and there is no voicemail set up. I received a call back a few hours later and received a reasonable quote. Provided my contact info to receive a copy of the quote via email. Was told I would have it within 15 minutes yet I have never received it. Tried contacting again but same issue. Do not recommend, they are unreliable and unprofessional.

They cancelled last minute the move in day (an hour before) and then I had to book the uhaul for an additional day ($100) and I had to take off work the following day for them to complete the job. Josh did offer 10% off the next day, but it wasn’t enough to cover the additional day with the uhaul or the time I had to take off work. Our tv ended up getting a hole in it, and they were not willing to rectify it saying we caused it. I do not recommend.
Told me they will book me for a hr. Never said they have a minimum 2hr rate. As well pushing my appointment up just to show up late... very unprofessional

This all started with an early morning text, I had no concept of time but resulted in a quick response. I was surprised at the response also being so early in the morning. But that let me know that they meant business in the same way that I did. I was not able to be on site for a move that was nearly 3.5 hours away, but through constant and clear communication everything went smoothly. The gentleman worked swiftly and we’re very careful with our belongings.
When my daughter needed to move, we decided to hire Tetris Express Movers LLC, and I'm so glad we did. From the very beginning, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. The team was incredibly fast and efficient, getting everything packed and loaded with remarkable speed. They handled all of her belongings with care, proving how reliable they are. Beyond their efficiency, the crew was genuinely friendly and professional. They made a potentially stressful day feel easy and straightforward.
Everton and Marvin were beyond great. I hired these guys to help me load a moving truck I rented. To preface this: I’ve moved 4 times in the past 6 years, so I like to think I know what I’m doing…. After working with these guys I quickly learned that I did not. I started by myself the day before and before the end of the day I was starting to run out of room in the truck.
