I would give this company zero stars if I could. Very poor business practices and communication. If anything goes wrong or gets broken, beware. I tried for weeks to try and get some kind of communication on glass that was improperly protected that got broken. It is going to expensive for me to replace because they are shelves to a curio cabinet. There was other non-protected glass, but fortunately made it through. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER!
Horrible experience with this moving company. It was referred by the mitigation company when I had a dirty back up flood in my house and the insurance wanted me and my sick, amputee husband out of our house fast. First of all they did not explain to me before starting moving our stuff out of my house that they use a “vault” system, which I did not even know it existed, which later in the middle of moving I found out by chance when I asked them about their location to access my stuff, that it means owners have no…
If I could give ZERO stars i would! This review is a completely honest and accurate. I had scheduled with these movers 1 month ahead and after calling them numerous times to confirm my appointment, no one ever picked up. I was able to finally get in touch with their scheduling coordinator through email only! She confirmed the movers for the date we agreed on. On the day of the move and actually time they were suppose to show up, THEY DID NOT.
*CUSTOMER BEWARE* We were quoted and had a soft agreement about our local move. Since our house hadn’t sold yet, they tentatively held those dates for us. After a couple of weeks and our house now under contract, with a short closing time period, I reached out to the company and they appeared to had double booked. We went to land on a solution to this double booking and was blocked by the representative that I was working with. This has left us scrambling to try and find another mover in such a short timeframe.
I unfortunately had a bad experience with this company today. The movers that came were very friendly but seemed inexperienced. The really bad part of the day was that the moving truck they brought broke down in my alley and they did not have a clear plan in place to handle that scenario quickly and efficiently. It took several hours for them to actually get someone to come, leaving many of my neighbors blocked in.
This is to add pictures to my previous review. Inappropriately packaged glass got broken. Company took no responsibility and did the move without making sure the contract was signed. I never remember getting their email, but apparently there were some options for insurance. This probably never would have happened if the glass had been properly protected. The glass was very heavy and held together with tape.
When they delivered stored good that had been picked up on Fox Island, stored and subsequently delivered to Tumwater WA they did not deliver a mirror that was attached to a dresser. They apologized said they would get it to me. Numerous attempts to contact by e-mail and phone were ignored. They also broke a lamp and lost a couple of wheels on the frame of a queen-sized bed.
They sent me a fragile Pak email about a couple weeks after my purchase regarding scheduling my delivery..I thought wow they are quick! But when I try to schedule my delivery there’s an error and it won’t allow me to schedule the delivery. …

I cannot say enough great things about Edward and Michael at Tetris Moving. When we experienced water damage in September 2025, they were incredibly quick to schedule our pack-out service, which made a stressful situation feel immediately more manageable. From the start, their team was professional, polite, and extremely organized. What truly sets them apart, though, is their integrity and customer care.

I chose Tetris for my move yesterday, mostly for the good reviews, but partly for their business name. They certainly lived up to it yesterday! I was nervous my stuff was not going to fit into the storage unit I had reserved, but they got it all in with a little space to spare. They proved to not only be skilled and careful, but all three movers were kind and friendly throughout the whole process. I would definitely hire them again.
