I left a voicemail early in the summer when my daughter was moving, never got a reply. I have always gotten voicemail when I call. Now I am moving and only get voicemail. I used their online form to request an estimate over a week ago and have had no response.
Sorry for the unresponsive reply and voicemail. We are under new management and would like to resolve the low rating. Please give us a call thanks.
The owner Malik didn't show up on the day of the move and didn't answer all the calls and text messages. it was very disappointing and very unprofessional.
You have the wrong company we are located in Iowa not Ohio could you please contact us to get this situation resolved. [phone removed] much appreciated
They broke my furniture I sent them pictures they said give them a few days I do that. Then I called left them voice-mail for a follow-up and now they ignore my calls and forward me to voice-mail. Shady I don't recommend them at all!!

Excellent experience. PJ and Rob were efficient, friendly, and affordable. Nothing was damaged and communication was excellent throughout.
Needed help on short notice and James and PJ stepped up. They worked quickly and wrapped everything carefully. Great job at a reasonable price.
Terrell and Mike were fast and efficient. They maneuvered large pieces through tight corners with ease. Very polite and punctual.
