Had someone come out to give me an estimate, they showed up 20 minutes late. They did not have a good attitude but let me know that they would give me an estimate that evening or by the next morning. Well, 4 days later I had to message them and they let me know they forgot to get to it. Took me until the next morning to finally get the quote. I wont be using them.

Horrible company. Will never do business with them. Local manager Brad Murphy was very rude. Also, price quote was 1K higher than Motivated movers.

Moved my elderly mom from Huntsville to Colorado. Looked at all reviews for long distance movers and found that Armstrong had the best consistent reviews. Had a virtual assessment and they came up with a Binding contract for the weight of my mother belongings. They packed about 3 dish packs, 8 picture boxes,two TV's and a few other boxes.I packed about 20 boxes. One bed, one loveseat, headboard,desk, dinning room table, couch and two occasional chairs. The apartment was a 2 BR 1400sf apartment.

Let me start this by saying this has NOTHING to do with the first moving or packing crews. They were both prompt and efficient. They communicated well, gave me updates, and did a great job. However, what happened after has been nothing short of a headache. When they arrived they knew there wasn’t enough square footage on their truck for our things after seeing what we had (which btw was less than the walk through bc we decided to leave about half our stuff).

I've used them for my personal home, real estate corporate relocation clients, office move across town, and now an inner-office move that resembled a crazy flight pattern. I would strongly recommend The Armstrong Company to anyone considering hiring a packing and/or moving service. They were an absolute wonder to work with from start to finish. They were so friendly and easy to communicate with that there were honestly no issues at all during the packing, the move or the unloading. When we ended up needing more storage units than we originally had, they even went with us to the office to help decide what other size units we needed to get.

Armstrong Relocation just completed a job for our company a few days ago. We had a fair amount of office furniture to move from the second floor to the first as well as some old furniture that needed to be disposed of properly. The movers showed up (3 of them) promptly at 8:00am. They were hard working, professional and courteous. They were able to get the job done sooner than expected which saved my company money.
