The rating breakdown
4 of the 40 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for The Careful Move ( Piano Movers ) are one or two star.
Worked out from 40 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other movers in Las Vegas
6.3 percentage points higher than the middle of the 21 movers in Las Vegas we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
From Maddy, who booked our digital baby grand and yamaha upright move, to our movers, Albert, Adrian & Miguel, this company was the BEST!!!!! We will ONLY use them for any future use and would HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a professional company, VERY reasonable pricing, on time, highly knowledgeable in their craft and an overall GREAT Company, to contact them for your move!!!... don't let an inferior company move your piano, organ, etc., call The Careful Move 🎹you will be so happy you did🌈we are!!!!
We've been thinking about getting the piano moved from my parent's place in Las Vegas to my place in Orange County, CA, but it seemed like it'd be so much hassle and expensive. I called The Careful Move and reached Erick and told him we were looking into moving a Yamaha C3 300 miles. He mentioned they had a truck headed that way that *evening*, and he could pick up the piano in a couple hours and deliver it the next day. Nineteen hours after I called him, the piano was set up in my living room.
I needed experienced piano movers to move my 100-year-old upright grand into our new house from the garage. It was the easiest, quickest, and most professional piano move I've ever experienced in the multiple times I've moved this piano. They were friendly and most importantly, careful with the piano and had great communication with each other. Moving a piano is normally an ordeal, but they made it look so easy. And for their price, it's completely worth it.
Highest recommendation for Erick and his company, The Careful Move. Couldn't have been nicer. Truly, such a gentleman, from the first moment that we spoke on the phone. He was prompt, reliable, courteous ... and really caring about my piano. Moving my 1896 Steinway grand naturally had me nervous. He and his co-worker (whose name I unfortunately don't recall; also a very, very nice guy) BABIED my instrument.
