Movers beware. This moving company destroyed my leather couch along with the front door of my new house. I have tried multiple times to contact the company about these issues with no reply. Save yourself the risk of having your new furniture and home destroyed by a company that should specialize in demolition rather than moving. You pay for what you get, and In my opinion, you should avoid this company completely.

Hello Mrs. Jackson, we take Pride in our moving services as a Veteran owned company and we Value every customer. Our men strive to do their very best on every job. Im sorry that you feel the way you do about your move.
Provided all of the details in a concise email. Address, location settings, time and size/content of storage unit to be moved. Owner calls me to confirm the wrong pick up address. Lazily asks again to confirm where he’s going. Gets to the storage unit and decides “as a favor” he’s going to wait for two more of his younger more energetic guys to show up. The kids were great. The owner just wanted to stay out of the unexpected rain and gather an extra time of pay for the bottom line.

Hi Todd, we are sorry that your expectations were not met. However we Pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and Quality Workmanship. Storage fees are charged whenever we have to store a customer’s furnishings according to the agreement made prior.
The movers themselves are great, the owner is a swindler. He’ll quote you one price and charge another when the work is done. Steer clear of this company. Use the UHaul app to get better priced help for moving!

I was impressed with Albert and Dime Moving Company from the first phone call! Albert and his crew are hard-working, they were very careful with my items, they were punctual, they were very nice and they were all around a great couple of guys to work with! They made the move so easy for me! They were reasonably priced and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!
I only had a few pieces of furniture to move and called several moving companies. The quotes were ridiculous. I found Dime Moving and called and spoke with Albert. He provided a fair price, I gave a deposit, and we scheduled a date/time. He and his guys came on time and did a quick move. Great experience and would definitely recommend!
Dime movers were excellent, the men that came to move my furniture were professional, friendly and as a woman alone I felt very safe as they were all gentlemen. They moved my furniture in less time then I expected and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Dime Movers for making what I thought would be a stressful day easy!
I have been calling all of the so called last minute movers for two days without any luck. The rates I was quoted were ridiculous. Thank you for answering my call yesterday. I was on a time crunch. They are currently unpacking my three U- boxes so quickly. They arrived on time. I am glad I called them. Definitely will use them again since I travel for work.
