0/10 – Absolutely Do Not Recommend I hired The Dream Team to help clean and organize, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. They had my address three days in advance but still got lost on the day of the job—and then charged me for the extra drive time. Off to a bad start. Once they arrived, it became clear that they needed constant supervision just to stay on task. I had to babysit them to make sure any work got done.
Horrible service, they did a terrible job and tried to charged me more. Please don’t hired them, they will destroy your backyard. These are the pics they sent me of the job done.

In their own words
Chaz and his team were very prompt, easy to work with and did a great job moving a heavy piano out of our house which was a tricky move. They were respectful of the house and piano while moving and didn't hit either during the move. They loaded it into their truck and covered it with moving blankets and secured it adequately. Appreciate their hard work and professionalism!
Pros: Chaz was easy to schedule with. The team was on time and swift to unload the truck. They took the time to listen to where to put things and really did a great job. Con: (the only reason they are not getting five stars ). I was not made aware in advance that their round trip commute counted against the 3 hour slot. It's a fair and reasonable policy , just wish I knew up front so that I could have used their time more efficiently and not have incurred an extra cost for going over.
Thank you for pointing this out to us. We never want to have any hidden costs for our customers, we will do our best to make sure that this is more clear when we sign up future customers or hopefully work with you again we need to gain that extra start after all.
Chaz and his team have demonstrated excellent communication and provide prompt, effective service. We have worked with them twice this year, and they have consistently arrived on time and worked diligently throughout each appointment. Additionally, they offer competitive pricing.
I had seen pictures of this company’s work before on social media. I decided to give them a call. They really made it so easy for me to complete my move from one city to another. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to move. They did such a great job that honestly without their help I would have been struggling to still move. They are really quick and super professional and friendly. Please give them a call if you’re looking to move. You won’t regret it!
