The Movers Moving & Storage

I hired this company and was suppose to get 3 men and one of the men had called out, therefore I ended up with 2. The 2 men did an ok job, however they did not have enough time to finish the job. When they finally got to my home they dumped the rest of the truck into my garage instead of my home where the items were to go. My coffee table was missing the glass and I kept asking where it was and they either lost it or it broke.

The worst move I have ever had. Not only were the movers slow, but nothing was handled with care. Since they took so long to pack the truck, it took them an extra day for them to deliver and I had to stay at a hotel plus rent a truck to pick up all the remaining items that the movers didn't pick up because they had time constraints. On top of that, their manager or had the worst of attitude when they told me that my cost had doubled from their quote because they don't know how to do a proper estimate.

Never ever trust this company with any of your personal or household belongings..DO NOT HAVE THEM STORE YOUR ITEMS. This is a warning to all in the process of moving. When things go good there is no issues with a company but when things go bad that is when companies fail or shine...... This company broke and lost(stolen) multiple personal and household items including collectible dishes, platters, clothing and they damaged the master bedroom foot board which when they were there they took their own pictures and…

The guys that physically did the move were very nice. I just wouldn’t use this company again. The estimated arrival time was not very clear. It looked like it was supposed to be at my new home between 8-9 but I was told the arrival time actually meant the time they started loading the truck. I got a text saying that the truck was starting to be loaded at 8:57 am.Was told on the phone they started at 8:45. But the time that I had to pay from started at 8:30 am.

I hired Cal and his terrible team in August 2022 for a three house move from Tampa to Fort Myers. When I got my stuff several large items were terribly damaged, some they even damaged as they were delivering my stuff to me in Fort Myers. I had several irreplaceable heirlooms severely damaged during the move as did my parents and my sister. Their office person Melissa is terrible and doesn't communicate clearly or well at all. I was not told that I needed to fill out a form for the damaged items.

Todd, Al, and Allen did an amazing job. They are professional, gave it their all, and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this team! UPDATE 6/09/26: Downgrading from 5 stars to 1 star. Omitted from my original review was a small incident that I felt did not need to be mentioned here because Todd assured us we’d have this addressed by Cal. When one of the guys was taking apart our dining table, a few sections were slightly damaged. I asked him to just leave it alone and move on.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! The 5-star reviews must be from the lucky customers. And if they do so well so often, why can't they make it right with customers whose property is received damaged? Our nearly new 65" TV showed no outside damage. We had the cable company hook things up 3 days after moving, and it did not work at all. That's when I found out that the "contract" (never seen until the day of the move, with no verbal highlighting offered) covered a valuation of only $.60 per pound per item.

Firstly I would like to say their quote was way off. They quoted me $550 to move two bedrooms. I went through how many items there were etc and it ended up costing double in the long run. They provided wardrobe boxes and some didn't have the bars for the clothes. I mostly hired the company as oppose to using the help and friends family because I was concerned about the beds being put back together properly... Well that didn't happen. I sat on my son's bed and it collapsed on one side.
