The Movers of El Paso

If I could give them less I would. Arrived late packed items that were specifically set to the side to not be packed. Watch them like hawks they literally packed trash in my container and took zero responsibility. Ruined priceless furniture specially from Germany . The sad part is I was willing to let them damaging my other furniture go because those chairs are irreplaceable. Like a lot of the other 1 star reviews they packed stuff however they wanted no respect or regard for my personal belongings.

We hired this “Christian” based moving company to help with our move....the movers arrived...went through our home to begin working. I asked if my furniture was going to be wrapped as I had made these arrangements with the owner. The driver proceeds to tell me they weren’t informed to wrap our furniture...upon calling the “boss man” he admitted his mistake and the driver told me that they were going back to pick up the materials needed for my furniture. An hour and a half later they still weren’t back.

I, too, would not recommend this moving company AT ALL. They broke an antique buffet table and claimed it was already broken, scratched and damaged a BRAND NEW coffee table then claimed it was already damaged, and lost hardware to a bunk bed rendering it useless, and broke several picture frames and other small items. Then they charged an extra hour of work because they claimed they went over ONE MINUTE and 12 SECONDS!! Really???

Company moved my items, to keep it short and sweet- They were scheduled to show at 8am. They ended up showing at 8:20am. Lateness I didn’t really care about, but they charged me from 8am. They finished unloading at the drop off at 1:41pm, and charged me until 2. That’s 40 minutes of time that was unaccounted for. Not to mention, they didn’t follow instructions to get to the drop off at all, and spent 25 minutes driving around the city to find the place when I gave them EXACT coordinates.

I’m about to be a legit “Karen” . They “moved” my stuff. Sadly I do not know why they thought it was okay to drag my bed bare. It did have the protecting cover but that’s MY 200$ cover I use with my sheets. So now I have a stained protective cover that I have been washing over and over to get the stains out. Those bed covers are not cheap they are to insure the mattress itself. If I damage the cover it invalidates the insurance. So it kinda defeated the purpose of even hiring movers.

The movers are awful and a bunch of liars they do not keep there appointments I was scheduled between 11-12 the mover called and said they are running late 1 hour maybe 1 1/2 I said ok by that time it was 244 I called the customer service they told me that I agreed between 2-3 which I did not, the customer service girl then told me they would be there in 30 min, I then let her know that if they are not here by 3:15 I would just cancel by that time I had rented uhaul because when I scheduled they said they did not…

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM‼ IM HELPING YOU TO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET PROFESSIONALS TO HELP YOU. I LOST OVER$1000 WORTH OF MERCHANDISE. THEY DIDNT PACK ALL MY STUFF. THE MAIN REASON WHY I CALLED THEM BECAUSE I CAN AFFORD TO CALL SOMEONE TO MOVE STUFF FOR ME BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO STRESS ABOUT MOVING STUFF SINCE IM A NURSE AND HUSBAND IS OUT OF STATE RN. WELL I MESSED UP BY TRUSTING THEM.

Movers were late 40 mins, and blamed on me for not finding the address. Movers took a long time to take some furniture apart. And that was just 2 beds (one with metal frame), and and 3 tables. Movers took a long time to unload at destination. Movers scratched my office chair and a few other items. Movers (all 3) at one point were putting my bed frame together. (What a waste of time). Movers went over 1 hour and 30 mins, and the boss (Leo), charged me for 2 hours of work.
