I paid this company for moving services and they did not finish the job. They charged me $365 for 3 hours, but they were unable to complete the move because they didn't have the proper tool/ equipment to take out and move my refrigerator. They told me to empty the fridge immediately because they were going to bring it out, so I did - and because they never returned, I lost all the food inside. My kids ended up suffering because we had no food and it was a huge loss for my family.
Completely Unprofessional. Arrived hours late, furniture delivered damaged, and mounted the living room TV on sheetrock, which fell soon after. Once I notified them what had happened, they cut communication completely. Do not recommend.
The only thing worse than getting a divorce is having all of your boxes stacked up in the front of the house to move into your new apartment and then the moving company doesn’t show up. Thanks for keeping me in the house another unpleasant night.. this guy answered the phone wants to say that he would be there soon and then never again. This company is not reliable. Do not use them.
Had a 9:30 am scheduled appointment but like many other Laredo businesses, being on time is an issue. Tried calling a few times and no response.

Sal and The Movers Team rescued me from a nightmare of a move and I could not be more grateful. After hearing my struggles with a moving company that was holding my belongings hostage on the side of the road, Sal and his crew offered to help despite the short notice. I hired them to help me retrieve my belongings from the tractor trailer and they did so successfully and with care for my belongings. They then helped me unpack, assemble furniture, and hang up art.
