My box marked medicines was either lost or stolen by the movers. The mover had my meds box open while it was on their truck even though the box was well taped, they said they had spilt water on it, but the bottom line is that the box was never brought into my house. Also, my items sat on their warm truck for days before they were delivered to my home in North Carolina and many of the items were damaged. Since they will not respond to my claim of lost and damaged items, all I can do is report this to the BBB.

Crew was on time and worked very efficiently. Full load in 4 hrs, and unload in 3. Good were well wrapped.

From my first meeting with Brian and throughout the entire process, the team was professional, knowledgeable, supportive, respectful and extremely patient and kind. A special shout out to Linda for her consistent communication and responsiveness. The group was dedicated to ensuring a stress-free experience and they delivered. The packing crew and loading team were excellent. They ensured that my concerns were addressed and resolved; nothing was a problem for them.
The Other Moving Company moved my wife and I from Hampton, Virginia, down to Saint John's Florida. They are a highly professional company in a sea of dodgy dealers. They offered us a fair price and an outstanding service. I have no difficulties in recommending them to anyone.
We have moved multiple times in the last 15 years. ALWAYS with dissatisfaction for our mover. Things were lost. The price was adjusted up, of course. Damages for lost and ruined items were paid at 10 cents on the dollar, if at all. But with The Other Moving Company we received a thorough inventory and estimate of price before we moved and it never changed from then until we made the final payment. Brian and Jennifer were helpful when we had questions. Linda was a great concierge.
