BEWARE!!! I scheduled this company weeks in advanced and confirmed. They left me high and dry on move day. No call, no show, no answer. Very unprofessional. AVOID at all cost.
Contracted with these guys for a truck and two men for $110 per hour to begin at 9am. Mover texted me the morning of my move stating that his truck broke down and asked me to rent a truck. Stated he could not rent a truck because he owes Uhaul money. I made a deal for $80 per hour for labor only and rented a truck. I had the truck by 10am (Uhaul doesn't open until 9am) but they were unable to start because they were on another job. This is not a professional company.
It looks like I'm not the first customer Wayne/The Perfect Move has not shown up for! Booked days in advance and confirmed evening before for him to be here at Noon to un-trailer a new refrigerator, remove doors and bring into house. The U-Haul trailer we rented had to be back at 2:00pm or we would be charged for another day and Wayne knew this. Here we are on the day of the appt. and he texts me an hour before he's due and asks if he could do it tomorrow because he'll be at his first job all day??!!
Wayne and group loaded moving truck we rented to drive to Phoenix from the FL panhandle. What a horrible mistake! Besides the $$$$ was expensive, I had over 2 dozen moving blankets to wrap the wood furniture. I asked him to please wrap the furniture. He used 2 ! He said he’d been doing this for over 20 years...😡 Every piece of furniture was damaged or scratched from rubbing against other pieces of furniture, broken corners of coffee table and end tables, hanging pictures:glass broken, lamp shades crushed…
This man everyone knows to be Wayne is actually Donte brown and he's a con artist straight up he had me rent a uhaul in n my name because he claimed he had another one in his name for another job and I bought only to drive the U-Haul 215 MI and as soon as we finish the job he left me high and dry with no gas in the tank and didn't pay me any money so I want everybody to know that Dante Brown is not Wayne but the perfect move is a whole scam and set up I don't know how he's doing it but apparently he's been doing…
Zero stars, would NEVER recommend. Awful, terrible moving service. Do yourself a favor and find a different moving company! We had a scheduled/confirmed move with them. We had talked with them the day before. They NEVER showed up. They NEVER answered a call or text. We tried to reach them for hours. Nothing. We HAD to move today and no other moving companies were available. This company left us in terrible situation!
I scheduled my move 2 weeks in advance for yesterday 4/9/21 Wayne contacted me last minute the day off to cancel, we rescheduled for today between 9 am to 10 am he has not shown up nor will he answer any text messages or phone calls. If I were you I would stay far away from him and this company. I am now going to have to pay fines for leaving after scheduled move out time and try to find another company last minute.
I had this this company move me from Pensacola to perdido in august and when we got to the new house to unpack they broke my glass table, 4 pictures and a my 65in TV! I asked them for the company insurance to have everything handled and he said he’d send me the info via text and never did. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this company unless you want a careless company moving your stuff.

I could not be more pleased with these gentlemen. I had a complicated move leaving an abusive ex that involved three locations (two that involved stairs), sorting between stuff that was mine vs my ex, dealing with stuff that wasn't neatly packed (as I could only spend 3 nights and one day packing to leave), and then I ran 2 hours over schedule. They showed up early, ready for the task, and never once complained!
Wayne was very professional and very responsive. He and the staff can be depended upon to safely move your possessions and furniture. I was very impressed and would recommend his company to anyone needing a local move.

Incredible experience! I called Wayne and scheduled my move with him on July 19th, 2022 in Pensacola, Florida. He stayed in contact, showed up on time and got me moved in 6 hours with a very reasonable price! Please call Wayne and book your move with his company
These guys came and moved equipment from my old unit to my new one in less than a day. I told them from the beginning that no one was going to be able to move everything within the time I had planned so I arranged my errands and even had to postpone a few things because I thought the moving wouldn’t be done in time.
