When I first started renting I thought how great staff is polite and nice, then I meet the district manager who's not American ..He was quite rude not nice at all.the women from Julie would let me heat up something to eat if I was running behind, mind u once in a while. He came in office and said you can't bring food in here like it's home something to that rudeness.
I ended up canceling my reservation and going elsewhere for two reasons: 1. It rubbed me the wrong way when the receptionist asked me to fill out a google review while I waited for her to complete the paperwork. I had yet to sign anything …

Constance thoroughly explained the storage facilities' policies and important do’s. and don'ts. Her expertise and professionalism surpassed all expectations compared to previous experiences I've had at other local storage facilities. She made sure we had all the information needed, as well as the contact information for the appropriate person to reach out to if any questions or urgent non-emergency situations arise.
Top notch. I had been looking for a facility and the professionalism was 1st class. I needed climate controlled and im extremely happy that I came here. I look forward to my storage needs being met 100%. Customer satisfaction. Thank you for accommodating my needs.
Caprice was wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process! She made everything easy and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend working with her and using this storage facility.
Caprice was a great help to me finding a unit to move into. Helped get me some good deals on my unit for the summer. Highly recommend giving Storage Center a look for your needs.
