The rating breakdown
0 of the 33 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for The Storage Place are one or two star.
Worked out from 33 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
The Storage Place in Rapid City is fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is clean and secure. Convenient location, great pricing, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended for all your storage needs!
Thank you so much, Nikki!!
Communication is amazing, awesome customer service.clean and friendly atmosphere.
I highly recommend “The Storage Place”. Chris the owner provided an excellent experience from moving my stuff into a unit to exiting the unit. The unit I rented was the cheapest in Rapid City, it was clean and easy access, I felt my items were very secure with a gated entry and the location was great too. I would definitely rent a unit again from here. Thank you for making my storage experience easy and affordable.
Thank you so much Virginia! Your business is truly appreciated! If you ever need anything again, please don’t hesitate to call!
Excellent storage facilities and beyond amazing service!! After my key broke in the lock on my storage shed (on a Saturday afternoon just before a snow storm none the less) I called Chris at The Storage Place and he was there within 15 minutes to cut the lock and get my car back in storage! Talk about going above and beyond! I couldn’t ask for a better place to keep my cars! Thanks a million Chris!
Thank you so much Zachary, we appreciate your business and if there’s anything else I can do for you just let me know!
