Never showed up for my move and never called me back even to apologize. Terrible experience that I do NOT recommend anyone to live it.
I would rate them a zero if it was an option. I had a reservation for a move of 3 bedrooms & I needed help just moving furniture. Raymond showed up on time but then said I was not ready to move. I explained that I just wanted help getting furniture moved, not boxes. There were 3 beds that had to be taken apart first because they don’t help with that so I get that they did not think those were ‘ready’ to move. However, everything else (couches, chairs, tables, etc.) we’re ready which is all I needed them to move.
i would give them no stars if i could! first off, let me start off by saying they called to confirm like 2 days before the move. the company was supposed to be here at 10am, tried calling them over and over for an hour. so basically no call no show! don’t waste your time, or money, by using this company. they never responded, and never answered the phone. there was no deposit, it wasn’t necessary; however, their word was given, and obviously it means nothing.
DO NOT USE!! IT IS A SCAM!! My family hired this company, PAID MONEY, to these people and they never showed up. We spoke to him yesterday to confirm and he said he would be here today between 9am-10am. We have been calling all morning and the phone is off.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolute trash. Didn’t show up. Answered one call, said they would call back. They didn’t. I called for two more days multiple times each day. No communication. Nothing. DO NOT HIRE.
The movers didn’t show up, then stopped answering my calls when I tried to get my money back. I guess I’ll have to sue them to get my money back. It’s sad there’s scammers like this in the world.
We scheduled and confirmed the move with this guy a week before, then the day before and day of the move he vanished. We left him several messages and never called or texted back.

10/10! They were very prompt with communication and confirming details which helped ease stress the day of. They were quick, careful with my things and even did the little things like folded my moving blankets once they were done. I’d highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Thebos Pro Moving highly enough. After a disastrous experience with another company, Raymon and his crew stepped in at the last minute and saved the day. They reorganized a poorly packed storage unit with incredible precision, allowing us to fit everything into one space. Beyond their technical skills, they were professional, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile—even assisting us with our garage and a final vehicle load at our apartment.

Raymond, Colin, and Joshua were great to work with. We had a big move and they were professional, careful with our items, and made the day so much less stressful. I got a call a few days ahead of the move and great communication day of. Plus- Raymond’s UHaul tetris is unmatched! Would definitely recommend!
