Nothing but problems. Tried to give this company and Justin the benefit of the doubt but after originally reaching out on 10/19/20, numerous phone calls, messages and emails since then and STILL NO RESPONSE on how to file a damage claim i am beyond upset!!! How can a company operate this way? All I want is the ability to get reimbursed for the damage they caused to my daughters dresser during the move. We were planning on using this dresser for our new baby's nursery this Spring but now need to buy a new dresser.
We moved you from 1408 Eastfield Dr. House Clearwater, FL 33764 To 86 S. Canal Dr. Palm harbor FL 34684 We provided a 2nd truck as you had that much property. Not a problem. You signed for the state required insurance.
I have never left a bad review in my life but I had to for this one even though it occurred a while back. I chose this company to move because they claimed they only hired veterans (I should have done more research). Halfway through, they stopped and basically held the furniture hostage until I paid them, even though I had paid a $125 deposit. Long story short, the manager/owner overcharged me almost $200 more then I was originally quoted for the exact same amount of time and was extremely rude throughout.
Worst movers and move we have ever had. And now they wont respond, no apology. They gave us a contract with a bogus website to file a claim. They are crooks. Justin Brown, Frank at this company are disreputable and not to be trusted. And then they wrote a reply to this review by saying that I have never emailed or called. I call every day both phone numbers they gave me and I get nothing.
We apologize about your experience.. however we have NOT recieved any email or call. Henry the adjuster has called and left a message 01/5/21 and is awaiting your response. We cannot fix any problem if we do not know about it, but we are always here to help our customers.
Worst experience ever. First they get a broker on the phone. He takes a 25% deposit. Then sends a moving truck a uhaul at that when told they have there own 26 truck. Then they try to charge you extra leave your stuff behind. I moved from county to county they did not come to my house in4 hours as told. They arrive at 11 pm with my stuff to leave it in my garage for me to take in my house. Do not use this company !!!!!! You can rent a uhal and do it yourself for cheaper for what they do. If I can rate a 0 I would.
Thoughtless Moving would be more apropos. About three weeks ago, a driver for this company pulled into my driveway to turn around, tore up the asphalt apron, and left. I chased him down to a house about a block away where they were moving in a new neighbor. I waited in the driveway for 10 minutes to speak with the driver, and he was on the phone the whole time, so I gave my number to the new neighbor and said if I didn't hear from him within the hour, I'd call the police.
I booked this move for a close friend , I was told they were all veterans and would give proceeds back to charity so I was happy to contribute. I was told they would be at my 1 bedroom at 11:00 am and they did not show up until 12:30. I was given a quote and I was very specific to Justin that I wanted a transparent communication. My doubts were answered and I felt CONFIDENT that all was ok. The movers arrive and of course my friend was upset due to the delay.
We apologize for your experience, however when booking a move for a friend alot is lost in translation when it comes to the inventory. We can only "quote " what you tell us needs to be moved.
I’m only giving two stars because I’m factoring in the service of the movers. I’m being thorough. Everything in this review is not a complaint but information for anyone that would like to book. I booked a time for 8-9 am on Thursday September 24.morning. I confirmed my appointment with a $100 fee on September 25 (not a problem just stating for those looking to book. Justin has a salesperson attitude. It’s really good as long as he’s making a sell. I couldn’t ask questions because he was busy selling the service.
We apologize about your experience, the truck was late due to a truck breaking down. Justin communicated to you that the truck broke down and our dispatcher went out to get the men to facilitate the job we were late to.
The moving truck was supposed to be at my home at 8:00 a.m. they never arrived till 12:00 they were supposed to call an hour before they come they never called. A man and girl showed up with moving truck boyfriend girlfriend the girl worked very hard the man barely at all all he did was fight with his girlfriend and yelled at her it took 4 hours to load my two bedroom house then it took them 2 hours to get to a location that took 45 to 50 minutes the man was very rude very inconsiderate I have tried calling the…

Working with Thoughtful Moving to complete the relocation of my professional office was such a HUGE BLESSING to me. I wasn't sure what to expect, and I am very happy and thankful to say they were absolutely AMAZING! From the initial phone contact with Frank, to the completion of the move, this moving company and their staff were highly professional. They provided an accurate estimate, and the final cost matched the estimate (no added on unexpected charges, as some other reviews indicated).

Thoughtful Moving was an excellent choice for my moving company. They took the time necessary to take an accurate inventory of what needed to be moved, their rates were reasonable and affordable, communication, follow up, and follow through was excellent. The moving crew was professional, friendly, timely, and efficient. My move was not easy either. I moved from the 3rd floor of an apartment building building that didn't have elevator's, and the stairwells were narrow.

Moving can be stressful but Thoughtful was one thing I didn't stress over. Frank and Miguel were extremely thorough, professional and answered all my questions when they came out for the quote. They took their time to ensure an accurate number was given meaning they didn't just glance around and quote based on our square footage. The crew that came out Theron, Justin, Jeff, Chino and Ken introduced themselves and we're very polite while on both properties.
