We engaged their services to move our properties from Bentonville Arkansas to the DFW Texas area. Aaliyah, What you are saying and what you have said is completely untrue. You and your sorority advisor are angling to get brand new tables when the damage you claim was caused specifically by the members of your sorority. We have been right here all along and we have been on time.
My son hired this company to deep clean a large area rug and carpet that was rather soiled. $280 later the house smells like chemicals instead of the vanilla that was supposedly used. I had to use my own carpet cleaner to get rid of the smells. From the other negative reviews, the owners are not concerned with customer satisfaction, just lots of pictures to show how much they have done. Yes it was cleaner than before, but not worth the cost for 2 people with a rug doctor.
I was really pleased until after all their fees, the original $900 two bedroom special turned into a $1750 total charge. I dont even have much furniture. No washer/dryer/stove/fridge. Dont fall for this! Upfront and honest pricing is always appreciated. Record your calls and get your quote in writing. Apparently, sending pictures is not enough. They showed up with too small of a truck for the job, then charged extra to finish the job they told me they would.

Your U-Pack trailer came a day early. You paid for service on a specific day and we came on the date you reserved. We cannot be expected to tell other customers who paid to reserve their day for service that we cannot perform that service because your pod came early.

Excellent movers! Showed up with same-day notice. Showed up early. Worked hard. Took great care of all furniture and boxes. Very friendly and hard-working. Fair price too! Highly recommend! Bobby and his brother(David?) moved us into our house. They did great!
I cannot recommend this moving company highly enough! They recently helped my mom move from New York to Arkansas, and the entire experience was absolutely seamless. From the very beginning, their communication was exceptional—every detail was clearly explained, questions were answered promptly, and I always felt informed and supported throughout the process. Bobby and David went above and beyond in every way.

The guys did a great job of being careful with my furniture moving out from a place of pickup to my place. And believe me it was extremely heavy stuff. Thanks guys great job!
I had a large cabinet to move long distance. Bobby responded to my message almost immediately, provided a reasonable quote, and worked within my time frame. They took extra care with my furniture on moving day. Would absolutely call them again if I needed moving services!
