Rarely answers the phone. Did not show up on time but then showed up early on a separate arrival time & then just left & never called back saying they weren't doing the move. Booked & called 2 weeks ahead, so they had plenty of knowledge of …
First off, the movers were very nice and hard working etc. however, there were too many issues to look past. I sent pictures of all of our belongings to give them an idea of how much stuff we had, and they were unprepared for the amount of stuff we were moving. They showed up with a trailer to move a family of 6. After showing up, they had myself and one of their workers go and get a 27' Uhaul truck which took more than 2 hours.
Completely unprofessional. Told us they could move us then blew us off. Stopped responding to texts and when we call them we get voicemail that says it's full. Then all other movers were booked. BEWARE
Had contacted Titletown Movers and was given an appointment time for Thursday, 08/22/204 between noon and 2 pm.I received a call at 4 pm stating the prior move took longer and could they reschedule for Friday, 08/23/2024 at 8 am. At 8:04 am I received a call stating the tools were on a different truck and that move was scheduled for 10:30 am they would come after that. Titletown was a no show. Called the number several times, but the voicemail was full and could not leave a message.
At first, I'd have given them a 5, but NOT NOW. I put $150 down with my visa cd to hold my moving date. The move went really well and on that date I paid the bill in full with a different card after being told that the original charge would be removed. It is now over THREE MONTHS and several calls later ( the mail box is ALWAYS full) and I STILL don't have the charge removed from my credit card. I will NEVER recommend a company that ignores you once they have your money.

In their own words
Five stars for Anthony and his team that day being, Al, Deontay and Mitchell. They were on time, professional, respectful, hardworking and took great care of all of our household items. My husband and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a local moving company. You'll be in good hands with the Titletown Movers team.
Titletown was excellent and I highly recommend them. They moved a home full of furniture into a condo for us in less than a day. They were careful, kind and thorough. They shrink-wrapped delicate items, used moving blankets and straps on wood items, and even moved an oversized and heavy elliptical trainer from one basement to the other. They also moved/disposed of an old freezer to the local transfer station. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They are the only movers I will call in the future.
We had a job to move three pieces of heavy furniture from a store out of town to our house. They were able to get it done sooner than expected. Great communication and hard working.
Anthony and his team at Title Town Movers were absolutely fantastic during our event for the Draft. They arrived promptly, were incredibly kind, and handled all the movements and logistics with complete ease. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a huge difference during a very busy day. I can’t recommend Title Town Movers enough — they made a potentially stressful part of the event seamless and stress-free. Thank you again, Anthony and team!
