Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

Super disappointed!!!! I paid $2000 dollars to get my belongings moved from my apt to storage. After looking at all my belongings, my $3000 couches and love seat were chipped and dragged, mind you they weren’t even wrapped appropriately. My kitchenware was broken and now have to replace some of my belongings. When speaking to the owner, he mentioned the 2nd guy working for him was brand new and my move day was his test trial. Well let me tell you it wasn’t worth it.
Hello Linda I strongly apologize for any inconvenience and wanted to see if we can find a way to reimburse your dishes that was damaged and to take a look at the couch … More

I can’t say enough great things about this company! Mr. C answered the phone late at night when I was in a bind and needed to schedule a last-minute move. He was professional, responsive, and made the whole process feel easy right from the start. He sent out two hardworking young men, Nesta and Paul, who showed up right on time and ready to get to work. They were efficient, respectful, and handled everything with care. You could tell they take pride in what they do.
Thank you Bethany we really appreciate your feedback back means a lot to our company.
These guys were amazing. Worth every penny. Very careful with my stuff even with the speed. They moved my 3 bedroom place upstairs in 1.5 hours. Would have taken me 4-5 hours easy. Very friendly, and communicated fast. I highly recommend.
Thank you Don we really appreciate your amazing feedback and like to thank you so much for having us.
I had initially hired Si to come help me move from my apartment in April 2022 but my apartment ended up flooding in March 2022. I called Si and his team and they were able to squeeze me in that week and get me moved out in my emergency situation. I am so grateful for Si and Mike coming over last minute and helping me. Si and Mike were friendly, professional, on time and everything was moved without a scratch or dent.
It was our pleasure to serve you and we can’t wait to help you again.
Si and his team were fantastic! We had a lot of stuff we needed moved within Reno. They originally quoted two days for a full pack and move, but they were able to knock out everything in one when time came while still being extra careful with fragile and sentimental items. They did a great job packing and moving everything, and left things where we needed to unpack. I'd definitely use Tokomover again and I'd highly recommend them.
Thank you Erik it was our pleasure doing business
