Overcharged for an incomplete move. The movers were respectful but I was way overcharged for literally moving across the street. They charged me $185/hr for two people and a truck. The workers were not considerate of my time and I had to be the one to pace them to keep schedule. Not only did I have them skip some of the packing/loading to save time but I also had to help move boxes and furniture myself.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your moving experience did not meet your expectations. While we're glad to hear our movers were respectful and courteous, we're sorry you left feeling disappointed with the value of the service you received.
The majority of my larger furniture was damaged. Found out my 1 year old TV is broken. The movers took their time as well and ended up at 3X the estimate. While it is an estimate, that’s quite a ways off. They also charged me for their lunch break and insisted it was traffic and said they didn’t take a lunch despite me having evidence proving otherwise. They were incredibly slow and sloppy. I witnessed multiple boxes tumble to the ground. I imagine they have different crews based on the other reviews.
We did a lot of research before booking this company for a cross-country move from CA to NY. I cannot speak to the inside California, short-distance moves, which look to have all great reviews, but I can say that from a long-distance move perspective, it was a nightmare. In addition to communication issues, about 50% (or more) of our items arrived heavily damaged, including recording equipment, furniture, our tv, and clothing.

First of all, when a company website says “Here you will find REAL Reviews and Testimonials from our beloved clients” it is obvious they cannot face the truth of a negative review. This moving company decided to block our driveway and when told they cannot block the driveway and they have to move, they said NO! Since the movers wanted to ignore the fact they are blocking access of our driveway, I called Tom at their home office and asked them to move the truck.

This moving company is extremely inconsiderate. They leave their moving trucks in any location making it so that others cannot get by. I don’t recommend find another moving company. They have poor customer service.
