This was not the best experience. They turned it around slightly at the end. The movers were extremely rude and unpleasant to be around. The office didn’t communicate with the movers the fact that this was a large move and that we were moving to a house on a hill. They didn’t even do the whole job and now we are handling the rest on our own. It should have been a 3-4 person job and they only sent 2 so we ended up helping.

I’ve used this company twice this summer. The first time the guys were very fast and efficient, for a smaller move, and the job was done in the time frame we were expecting. The second time we used them was for a bigger move, the crew was friendly but the pace seemed to be much different than the first crew, which resulted in an additional charged hour. I understand the hard labor that this requires but it felt as though they wanted to get an extra hour out of us.

We apologize that there may have been lack of communication on our part to your satisfaction regarding this matter. As per recent conversations, we have agreed to resolve this matter with payment for repairs to damage to your property.
Used them twice for major moves and they did an exceptional job! Then I was in a bind and needed them to move a hot tub, they said they don't do that. Hired a competitor and they did a great job. Not like the hot tub is fragile or an awkward shape, it is just big and heavy. Disappointing that a moving company picks and chooses items they want to move.

We have used Caccamise Moving a few times for residential moves and they never disappoint. Ashley in the office is super friendly and helpful and in good communication throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things about the guys who do the actual moving – they are timely, friendly, organized, and never give up! Their teamwork and experience is impressive. Super hard workers who are willing to listen to nervous homeowners during the move. 😉.

My sister Rene hired your company to move her yesterday. It is a second move with your company. From the moment Blake and Cody arrived, they showed professionalism, and experience. It wasn’t easy for them, due to weather and a single elevator to the third floor apartment. They were very careful with her furniture and household items. When they were finished, furniture was set and boxes were in closets. It was wonderful! We are so impressed with these gentlemen and your company.
I had a wonderful experience with Neil, Cody and Zach! They were prompt, thorough and went above and beyond to help me with some items that were problematic. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We used Tony Caccamise Moving in 2022 for a move into a townhouse in Penfield and were so pleased that we hired them again in Dec. 2025 for a move from that townhouse to a large historic home in Rochester. Both moves were well handled, but this most recent move was truly exceptional and deserves the highest possible rating. From the first contact with the office to the final piece placed in the house, the entire experience was smooth and professional.
